Description

Josie Baum is as a laundress at Lola's Pleasure Palace not a nursemaid. But when a Cheyenne warrior whisks her off to care for his friend, Daniel McCord, she must quickly learn.

Suddenly alone in a remote mountain cabin, Josie is tasked with the household chores plus catering to Daniel's every whim.

After years of cooking and cleaning for her fifteen step-brothers and father, Josie isn’t about to spend the rest of her days serving the pompous Daniel McCord... even if he does quicken her pulse every time he nears.

Half-white and half-Cheyenne, Daniel McCord is a proud man on the mend with only one desire—to right the wrongs done to his people. He isn’t ready for the new hunger Josie’s glowing fair-skin stirs within him or her resistance to his charms. Growing more determined to melt the heart of this willful, wild beauty, Daniel will use every skill of seduction to make Josie his.

This book was not good . It held promise but there is no way to really get into it . It's slow the characters are all over the place and you can't get set on a true theme or plot . It had great potential but failed miserably !!!!!!! Do not waste your time
  • Not good in romance

The concept of the story is okay and parts of it were quite entertaining, however I found the heroine, Josie, quite an unlikable character, so much so that I couldn't finish the book. And yes, there are quite a few typos.
  • Well rounded novel

Long story bout thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable some parts were really funny esp. Indian names .. !! Realistic story and feelings of characters well laid out ..this is my second story book from this author and I noticed some similarity in heroine character in. Both books hopefully author will take care not to typecast her characters in future..but overall Good..

So I loved the storyline of this book, but it is I great need of editing. The misspelled words and huge grammatical errors that occurred at times were VERY distracting to me as the reader.
  • Too bad...

The typos in this were insane. It made it hard to read. I have enjoyed other books by this author where some editing seemed to take place.
