Worth the investment

This book prescribes how to be a sociopathic person and or a robot. The manipulation steps are adjusted to read as a way to have choices to come to a conclusion as a group of people. Thus being a body of rules and robots, enforcing a hierarchy and not a team methodology.

This book has been around long enough to not take itself too seriously, while teaching you to navigate the most serious moments in lives with others

This book was Awesome! I am definitely going to use the techniques to improve my Crucial Conversations. It is practical and easy to understand.

I bought it and read it over the weekend after a particularly stressful and sleepless week at work. I found it helpful in helping me examine and categorize my experiences and thoughts, take control of some of the causes of my emotions, and identify tools and techniques to help me better communicate and interact.

Phenomenal book. Really worth the read & many of the concepts I applied with success right away.

This is by far the best book I've read on conflict resolution.

A guide to a crucial social subject is in this book. Its pages have several insights and advisories about handling interpersonal conflict. I recommend this reading for its great usefulness and relevance to rational and emotional concerns. It combines conversational style with proven mental health treatment techniques.

This book is so great I still have some chapters to finish but I could not wait to give a nice review! The whole world should be able to read it!
