    Okay, so the food in this book sounds amazing, but every time I reference a recipe, it seems an important piece of information is missing: how long to cook something, at what temperature, etc. Whoever edited the book didn't do a very good job....
  • Lots of good recipes, but!!..

    I really had to go almost midway through the book to see any photos, and they are all in BLACK AND WHITE. The description pics show the dishes in COLOR, what gives? So could use a bit more photos (I like to see how the dish is supposed to look) and in color please! (running ibooks on ipad mini, current ios)

    This cookbook is full of Atkinson-like recipes, but with a “cave man” label. While I disagree with the premise of the diet, this cookbook has 300 unique and novel recipes of meaty deliciousness. My favorites include: Venison and Pork-stuffed Pepper and Nectarine and Onion Pork Chop. For the meat-lover, Paleo or not, I highly recommend this cookbook.

    Paleo cookbook contains yummy recipes that I just love. These recipes contain 2 of my very favorite vegetables: tomatoes, and broccoli. The recipes are delicious; except the one that contained bananas I stayed away from that one. Other than that this book has great great recipes. I felt I could make a whole feast without worrying about if I'm eating right.
