The Native Americans were the predominant people in the United States before the arrival of the colonists. The history of the natives was both fascinating and at the same time a lot more tragic. It is estimated that around 100 million native people inhabited in the continent before the arrival of the Europeans and it was their land for many years. The characteristic diversities between the then established Natives and the migrated Europeans were enough to create extensive tensions and political wars. The ravenous desire of the new settlers in claiming the land coupled with diseases that they got from the immigrants to which they weren’t acquired immunity, the Natives began to loss whatever they were endeared.
